Level 2 Award For Personal Licence Holders

This Level 2 personal licence course is a statutory requirement for anyone that would like to apply or renew a personal licence.

The licensing laws in England and Wales have changed. The Licensing Act (2003) gives licensees more flexibility, but also requires them to have recognised qualifications. This course ensure everyone involved in the sale of alcohol do so responsibly, as well as maintain standards to minimise alcohol abuse.

This one-day personal licence course is approved to meet the qualification requirement.

Who should attend this course?

Anyone involved in the retail sale of alcohol, including Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS), pub or restaurant managers and assistant managers, supervisors, or staff seeking a role in one of these positions.
