The steps we take from the first point of contact are:

Telephone conversation or meeting to fully discuss your requirement.
We write the job advert for you.
We advertise the job across our website and several job boards.
We then go through applications to match candidates to your requirements.
If we have good candidates, we will then interview them for you to see if they would be the right fit for you.
Once we have confirmed they are a good fit we would let you know so that you can look at their CV and decide whether or not to interview them.
If they are successful in the role, we would let them know and then pass over to yourselves.
If they were not successful, we would advise them of that.

An added bonus is that it won’t cost you a penny unless we find the right person for you.
