The steps we take from the first point of contact are:
- Telephone conversation or meeting to fully discuss your requirement.
- We write the job advert for you.
- We advertise the job across our website and several job boards.
- We then go through applications to match candidates to your requirements.
- If we have good candidates, we will then interview them for you to see if they would be the right fit for you.
- Once we have confirmed they are a good fit we would let you know so that you can look at their CV and decide whether or not to interview them.
- If they are successful in the role, we would let them know and then pass over to yourselves.
- If they were not successful, we would advise them of that.
An added bonus is that it won’t cost you a penny unless we find the right person for you.
