Christopher Hughes – Managing Director

Chris has a long track record of working in the transport and logistics sector, and started Driver Hire (Wales) in 2011. The business has since expanded, and the three companies are collectively known as GO2 People. Away from work, he is a father to four wonderful children and lives in Colwyn Bay with his beautiful partner Mollie and their youngest daughter Eryn Fflur. He enjoys socialising along with playing golf and watching football.

Lloyd Handley
Recruitment Consultant


Lloyd joined GO2 in March 2020 and has spent years recruiting in both the UK and Australia. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his new baby son whilst training and competing in the art of shotokan karate. He can also be found on the film website IMDB, having written a number of award-winning film projects which have screened at festivals across the globe.

A brand new addition to the team, Jayne has 12 years of recruitment under her belt with a host of prestigious companies (2 Sisters, Manpower, Staffline and BT). She’s a well-seasoned traveler and likes nothing more than walking her dog Lola, visiting family and dishing out those all important to-do-lists for her husband.

Lina Yianni
Recruitment Consultant


Lina has recently joined GO2 with over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and over 2 years’ experience in recruiting. Lina has a passion for helping people and will always go that extra mile for people and has a real passion in helping candidates and clients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has two Jack Russells called Bob and Holly and she also speaks fluent Greek.

Ami Jones
Senior Recruitment Consultant


Ami has recently joined us here at GO2 and has over 11 years’ experience within Recruitment in different sectors and is skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resources, and Account Management. In her spare time Ami loves spending her time with her two children, her partner and her new puppy Oreo. Ami is keen on keeping fit and eating healthy but does indulge in the occasional treat.

Robin Dell
Recruitment Consultant


Robin joined the company in 2020 and has used his sales and marketing skills to secure countless new business opportunities and accounts. He also has a background in aged care, having worked as a registered practitioner here in Colwyn Bay. His large family consists of his partner Pat, 2 children, a Labrador called Bob and Angus the tabby cat. A passionate cricketer, he once represented his county at the age of 16.

Fiona Newness
Office & Finance Manager


Fiona started with the company in early 2019 and has been leading finance teams for over 10 years. Working as a Financial Director, she’s been involved with everything from hydraulics to housing trusts, as well as drug and rehabilitation charities. Her passion for fitness and water sports has seen her through gruelling endurance challenges such as the Tough Mudder and the Llandudno Boxing Day dip. Fun fact – she’s also a descendant from the family behind Drambuie whisky!

Mollie Thomasson
Financial Controller


Mollie has been with GO2 for 5 years after staring her career with us as an apprentice. She worked her way up to manage the accounts side of the business solely by herself, until further growth enabled her to lead the department as a Financial Controller. When not working she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Victoria Simpson
Accounts Assistant


Victoria enjoys socialising with friends and devotes a large amount of her spare time to working with and assisting the homeless.
